ABOUT ME

Rebecca Mok started studying classical piano at the age of five. She was the Prize Winner of Quattro Mani Piano Duet Competition, Musical Fireworks in Baden- Wuerttemberg International Competition, John Ireland Competition, the University of Surrey Chamber Music Competition and was also the Finalist of the David Lovatt composition competition. She obtained her Music Bachelor Degree at Kingston University, a Music Master Degree in Piano Performance and Composition at the University of Surrey and a Music Performance Education Master Degree completed with distinction at the Education University of Hong Kong. As a soloist, accompanist and chamber musician , Mok has performed in concerts, music festivals, gallery and competitions in Hong Kong, in the United Kingdom and in the Germany. As a composer, she also performed her composition at her concerts. Her piano teachers include internationally renowned pianists Mary Wu, Margaret Roberts and Warren Lee. As a piano teacher, she organizes regular student concerts in different venues and adjudicated for various piano competitions.
